Eliminate costly machine repair with Baytech Engineering Lube Oil Analysis

In an environment where machines, engines and systems are expected to run 24 hours a day, equipment failure can quickly bring production to a halt and expensive repair.

How lube oil analysis could help you prevent downtime?

Routine predictive maintenance through oil analysis provides accurate and meaningful information on lubricant and machine condition. By tracking oil analysis sample results over the life of a particular machine, sample trends can be established which could help eliminate costly repairs.

Baytech Engineering Lube Oil Analysis can help you identify and diagnose machine related problem based on the data produced by laboratory assessment.

Our analysts look at each sample directly, help detect failures in progress and point you straight to the root cause, providing you with sufficient lead time to schedule corrective maintenance before catastrophic failure, with minimal disruption of your operations.

Comprehensive Testing Include:

  • Petrol / diesel / marine and gas engine lubricants
  • Hydraulics and transmission lubricants
  • Turbine lubricants
  • Gear oil
  • Differential and final drive oils
  • Refrigeration and compressor oils
  • Greases
  • Coolants
